Β  Β  Β  Β Β Β  You Can Apply For An Exchange Within 7 Days After You Get the Product:

  • If You Are Not Satisfied With Your Purchase, Please Return It To Us Within 7 Days After You Get the Product, And We Will Gladly Process An Exchange Maximum Within 7 Days Of Receiving The Returned Goods.

    Items Must Be Unworn, Unwashed, Undamaged And Unused With All Original Tags Attached For a Return To Be Acceptable Otherwise 15% Or Above Restocking Fee Will Be Charged.

    Note: The customer Will Bear The Cost Of Sending The Package Back To the Dress Choice Office. Free Of Charge Exchange Is Only Possible If There Is a Visible Defect In The Item Other Wise Courier Charges Will Apply.


    Refunds

    We Have aΒ No Refund Policy. However, Refunds May Be Allowed InΒ Exceptional Cases. We Will Deduct Advertisement Expenses or etc
  • We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed & unstitched merchandise with original tags withinΒ 7 DaysΒ of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
  • Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
  • 15% Administrative cost and delivery charges will be deducted from total purchase value.
  • Refund requestsΒ will be processed within 7-15 working days after receiving the returned products.

    After Receiving The Exchange Or Return Item We Would Either Ship The Exchange Item Or Refund WithIn 7 Days.

    The exchange depends on the availability of stock at that moment.

    Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached for an exchange to be acceptable.

    Β Exchange Procedure

    To return the item(s) please follow the procedure below:

    1. Take a picture of the defective part of the item
    2. Pack the item back in theΒ original packing
    3. Email us the pictureΒ of the defective part and let us know that you want to return or exchange
    4. We will give you the address to return the item
    5. Go to your local courier and send us the package.
    6. Once we receive the package we will process the exchange .
    7. Note free of charge Exchange is only possible if there is a visible defect in the item other wise courier charges will apply.
